We collect only what's needed to power your training experience: workout logs, nutrition entries, and performance metrics you choose to track. We never sell your data to third parties.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to generate personalized insights, track progress, and power features like the leaderboard and squads — always with anonymization applied to any data shared with other users.
Encryption & Storage
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 standards. Sensitive health metrics are stored in your Privacy Vault, accessible only to you.
Your Rights & Controls
You can export, review, or permanently delete your data at any time from the Privacy Vault in Settings. You're always in control of what's shared and with whom.
Cookie Policy
We use minimal, essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
